you can fully enjoy the peacefulness. You can travel in our own dhow (boat)
to different beaches, to bath, relax in the sun, and enjoy a delicious

We sail close to the nearby island of Manda, and try to catch as many
exotic fishes as possible.
Then we sail to a long empty beach at Manda island, where we enjoy the
warm smoothing water of the Indian ocean, while the crew start grilling
the fish. Under the soothing shadow of a akacia tree, we fully enjoy the
tasty lunch,

We leave Lamu on-board
our dhow, pass the island of Manda and arrive at a large coral reef.
We catch our own fish which is then prepared by our cook.

and will see among others, the fantastic handycraft of the local cabinet-maker,
the harbour, the market, the mosques, and the narrow streets. Of course
you will also learn about the fantastic history of Lamu and we will visit

sail to the other side of Lamu island, to the village Kipungani. Swim
by the beuatiful beaches, eating deliciuos lunch at the Kizingo
camp.
On the way back we stop at the village of Matandoni, to see the
old handikraft of baskets and carpets, and the dhow shipyard.

Walking
safari with guide on Manda island, through nature of mangroves, baobao-trees
and many other species. Some animals might be seen such as birds, dik-dik,
kuru-gazelle, monkey and baboons. Finally we visit the Tawka ruins. Lunch
