After landing on Manda Island,
you will be me at the airport. We then sail along the seashore, making short stops at Lamu Old Town and Shela Village.
We land
at Shela Beach for swimming, relaxation and a BBQ Lunch on the beach.
Then
it's back to Manda Airstrip by dhow.
After arriving at Lamu, lunch is taken at Jannat House followed by a town tour. The afternoon is spent exploring the old town and then back to Jannat House to relax. A Swahili Dinner is enjoyed and then some refreshments on one of the terraces. Overnight. After an early breakfast, a dhow trip along the Lamu waterfront, passing Manda, takes you to Shela beach for swimming, relaxation and a BBQ lunch. The dhow then takes you to Manda airstrip and departure by air.
This is "Lamu Temptation" with an extra day. The dhow sails further off the coast of Lamu allowing fishing before lunch on board, hopefully with fresh caught fishes. Then relaxation, swimming before landing at Shela beach or a visit to Takwa ruins before returning to Jannat House for a specially prepared Swahili dinner, followed by some refreshments on one of the terraces. The younger people might go and look for a "Beach Party" and then overnight. Breakfast the next morning is taken at your leisure and a last look at Lamu followed by lunch at Jannat House and departure by air from Manda Island.

We also take the slow boat to the other side of Lamu, to the small village
Kipungani with a fantastic beach, possability to have a delicios lunch in the Kizungo camp (not included) or lunch onboard. The camp sometimes also offers a tour including swimming with dolphins.
One day dhow trip to Shela beach ; swimming, fishing and relaxing with barbecue
lunch prepared for you over open fire on board or on the beach.
Swahili Dinners on the hotel followed by relaxed evenings
on the terraces or “Lamu by Night”
As Lamu at Leisure plus one day and the more extended dhow trip to Manda Toto corals for snorkeling.
As Lamu Traveler plus a 3-Day dhow Excursion
through the Lamu Archipelago to Kiwayu
and Kiunga Marine Reserve.
Two nights in tents on the beach or in bandas, snorkeling,
fishing and a visit to a traditional Fisherman's Village
Deep Sea Fishing will be offered during the Kiwayo trip if the weather allows it.

Notes
Our involvement starts and ends at the airport of Lamu (actually at the neighbouring island of Manda). Details of the content may have to be changed following seasonal weather-conditions or other factors out of our reach. Variations of the programs according to guests’ wishes may be discussed and assessed. Accommodation is generally on half-board terms, but indications of lunches and other meals in the programs are included in the package price as well.The packages assume arrival and departure by air in direct relation to the program, but of course they could be arranged to link in with any other situation as long as the timing fits.
