General terms of payment and cancellations

Reservations made on-line by Internet
Full payment will be done at the same time as reservation by VISA or Mastercard.
The purchase can be cancelled within 14 days after payment.
The cancellation must be done by fax, letter or email (from the same address that made the reservations).
After 14 days, see rules of Cancellations below.

Reservations made othervise
Reservations not made on-line, must be pre-paid by 10% within 1 month after reservation.
Full payment must also be done at latest 1 month prior of arrival to the hotel.
Payment could be done by card or bank transfer.
All refunds according to rules of cancellation below

All refunds will be done within 14 days after cancellation has been registered.
A cancellation fee of 12$ will also be added.
